The South Lake Village at Eton City is going full blast in it’s development. Last August, the construction group had finished the shaping of the islands; Ibiza, Mauritius, Fiji and Maldives Islands. They are set to construct the clubhouse not until the water pouring has finished projected before October. These are some pictures below taken last August:

Water pouring has also started in the clubhouse area, as well as shaping of other remaining islands. Once waterpouring is completed, onlookers and passersby at the SLEX can already see the moving lake. Development has been fast for the past few weeks, no wonder projected sales for the particular project has been excellent. Inventory has been reduced, so the company has to open more islands to accommodate the demand of the investors.

The project is slated to be the best location and the ” Makati of the South “. 20 minutes away from Tagaytay, a masterplanned community development that includes leisure and entertainment hubs, commercial centers, bpo companies and traditional offices, schools such as UST and Brent International School will also be available, as well as transportation systems to and from Makati – Eton City Exit as part of the future plans.
