The 1% a month payment scheme is the most flexible term available in the market. For as low as P 16,000.00/a month, no downpayment, you can invest in a condo unit with a good location. All it takes is a reservation fee, then the monthly amortization for the next 25 months starts at a low P16,000.00. The last payment can be applied in bank financing, or in house financing, and it can also be paid in full.
2. New Payment Terms to be released this November.
