The company has released construction reports with regards to its full swing construction. 3 Eton projects are included in the progress sheet as of 3rd week of October; The Eton Residences Greenbelt, The Eton Parkview Greenbelt, and The Belton Place at the Belton Square.
The Eton Residences Greenbelt has accomplished 25% of its overall activity. It is currently on the process of concreting the 20th floor area. Installation of pipes for fire protection works and plumbing sanitary works is also ongoing, while fabrication and installation of precast walls are on the works. At the side of Legaspi and Gallardo street, will show the pre cast works that includes Basement 2 up to the 7th floor.
The Eton Parkview Greenbelt has taken shape from the helicopter view, as rebar works for ground floor slabs is on the works. Form installation of the ramp from ground floor to the 2nd floor is also ongoing, while the ramp going to the basement is on full swing. After these projections, it will be expected that Eton Parkview will start full blast construction to proceed for the higher floors engineering works.
Belton Place has started with full blast construction 24/7. It has completed 3.2% of its total progress, but is not stopping anytime soon, as they will continue with it at a faster pace. Ongoing activities include the bulk excavation and main works, preliminary works, hauling and fabrication of steel bars for mat foundation, and testing of concrete samples.
