For those who do not have checking account, clients have to remit to Banco de Oro thru’ Bills payment facility. This way the Treasury Department will be able to trace immediately their remittance. They only need to indicate their name, the unit they’re going to purchase & the amount they wish to pay. Once the Reservation Fee is received and the sale is booked, they will be provided with an account no. (related to their unit) which they are going to use in their succeeding remittances
